Do you just grab the cake pans after you get the required number of cookie mixes or whatever item it is and take them with you to the register? I tried to do this last week, but was in a hurry and thought that I would get a coupon that printed out for the free pan. I missed out because I was in a huge hurry and didn’t check on it first.
You take the pans with you to the cash register and the price will automatically be credited off your total. If your store is out you can get a rain check at customer service. I would take your receipt back and see if they would still let you get it.
