Hi Nicole,

They will mostly automatically send you the samples, coupons, etc. occasionally there will be an offer you have to sign up for and you’ll be notified of it through their email newsletter. I have noticed (with all of these programs) that the more involved you get with the site (post comments, take polls, etc), the more offers you receive. I just got a tuna coupon in the mail the other day and that was the first thing I’ve received in awhile so I think they may have slowed things down around the holidays too.
